Reservations Terms and Conditions

• For the main dining area, online reservations are open 28 days ahead and are available to book at 12midnight (HKT) on ResDiary. If your desired date is full, please join our waitlist.

• For private rooms, reservations are available in advance with bank transfer deposit. Please contact the restaurant at info@wingrestaurant.hk for more details.

• Booking time options:
  Monday - Saturday （LUNCH - FRIDAY ONLY: 1pm/ 1:30pm)
  DINNER: 6pm/ 6:30pm/ 7pm)
  Sunday (CLOSED)

• Credit card authorization is required via Stripe to secure all online reservations.

• We serve a seasonal Tasting Menu at HK$1,980 and a premium Tasting Menu at HK$2,980 (Available for dinner only.) Please reserve at least 2.5 hours for an optimal dining experience.

• Kindly advise your special occasion or allergy preferences during the reservation process. Please note that we might not be able to accommodate some specific dietary requirements.

• Corkage applies, please contact the restaurant for more details.

• Children of 8 and above are allowed in the main dining area.

• Dress code is preferably smart casual.

• The use of laptops is restricted in the restaurant.

Cancellation Policy

For General Bookings (main dining room):

1. You will not be charged if cancellation or amendments (of the number of guests and date) are made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time.

2. Cancellation fee without proper prior notice within 72 hours is the full price of the selected tasting menu per number of guests.

Special Event Cancellation Policy (Festive Menus on Dec 24-26,31)：

1. You will be contacted by our staff once your reservation has been made. A full-priced deposit for the festive or event tasting menu is required to secure the booking.

2. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the booking date will be charged the full price of the tasting menu per guest.
